Keller is looking for a Construction Recruiter.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Full- life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and extending offers to a variety of roles within the construction industry. 
  • Establishing applicant requirements and ensure all pre-employment assessments are completed properly. 
  • Responsible for building candidate pipelines while working closely with our Operational (Field and Shop) leads to understand staffing requirements for various construction projects. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, industry specific platforms, and networking events to find top talent. 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience recruiting experience. Construction, engineering or skilled trades preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including key roles and qualifications.
  • Able to exhibit excellent judgment regarding applicant character.
  • Have the ability to interact well with all levels of staff within our culturally unique companies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish.

Travel to market areas in other states will be required.

Additional Information

Salary Range : $65-80K

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
