We Search People are seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects in Richmond, VA. This is a great opportunity to join a nationally respected builder known for delivering high-quality multifamily, mixed-use, and residential projects across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules, inspections, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage field documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of field supervision experience, preferably in multifamily or large-scale residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
