Job Title: Operations Manager/COO Location: Brooklyn, NY (with option to work from Monsey) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + profit share (up to 5%) About Us: Our Client is a rapidly growing title company seeking an experienced Operations Manager/COO to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned operations professional with all-encompassing title industry knowledge to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in searching reports. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Manage and develop a high-performing team
Drive business growth through strategic planning and process improvement
Ensure timely and accurate searching reports
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders
Implement and manage company policies and procedures
Analyze and optimize operational workflows
Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in title industry operations
In-depth knowledge of searching reports and title industry regulations
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work from Brooklyn or Monsey office

Preferred Qualifications:

Title industry certifications (e.g., CTL, CTP)
Experience with title software and technology
Familiarity with New York State title regulations
