Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Cruie and Resort Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences, including cruises, resort stays, tours, and group trips. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their preferences
Book flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and other services
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Stay up to date on travel products, destinations, and industry trends
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology and online research tools
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Passion for travel and helping others
Must be at least 18 years old
