Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cruise Reservations Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with planning and booking cruise vacations, managing itineraries, and providing expert travel support. This position offers flexibility, career growth, and the chance to contribute to a rewarding and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, destinations, and travel needs.
Research and recommend cruise itineraries, cabins, and packages tailored to client goals.
Manage the reservation process, including bookings, confirmations, changes, and special requests.
Communicate with cruise line partners to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and policy details.
Stay informed about current promotions, seasonal offers, and emerging cruise destinations.
Maintain organized records of bookings, client preferences, and communications in the CRM system.
Provide responsive, professional assistance to clients throughout their pre-departure journey.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a client-first mindset.
Comfortable with CRM systems, digital booking tools, and email communication.
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or reservations is preferred but not required.
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
