About the Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Dispatcher as a backup by managing the routing and scheduling of buses, dispatching buses, and ensuring timely communication with drivers regarding their routes.
  • Provides assistance with routing and communicates bus status updates to guardians and customers.
  • Delivers customer service support by handling phone calls from guardians and customers.
  • Monitors bus arrival and departure situations.
  • Addresses feedback and complaints from the community.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience or Skills Required
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including 10-key and preferred experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
