Job Description

Do you have a confident phone presence and a passion for helping people? Rowan Appliance Inc. is seeking a skilled and service-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

This role is primarily focused on handling customer phone calls , with additional responsibilities for email and live chat support. If you're a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Answer and manage high volumes of inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide detailed product support and troubleshoot basic appliance issues over the phone
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Resolve order and delivery issues, assist with returns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with our warehouse, shipping, and technical teams to resolve complex problems
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service, call center, or support role
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Calm, empathetic, and professional tone when dealing with challenging situations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Experience using CRM software and phone systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, RingCentral, or similar)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
