Do you have a confident phone presence and a passion for helping people? Rowan Appliance Inc. is seeking a skilled and service-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

This role is primarily focused on handling customer phone calls , with additional responsibilities for email and live chat support. If you're a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Answer and manage high volumes of inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide detailed product support and troubleshoot basic appliance issues over the phone
Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
Resolve order and delivery issues, assist with returns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Work closely with our warehouse, shipping, and technical teams to resolve complex problems
Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service, call center, or support role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Calm, empathetic, and professional tone when dealing with challenging situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Experience using CRM software and phone systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, RingCentral, or similar)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Bilingual a plus (but not required)
