We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires an individual who excels at multitasking, remains calm under pressure, and has a customer-first mentality. You will answer calls, chats, and emails, provide exceptional customer service, onboard new customers, and support ongoing customer success initiatives. While prior experience with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate.
