BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

• Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
• PTO: 21.5 days per year + 10 Paid Holidays
• Retirement: 401(k) - 100% match on first 4%, 50% on the next 2%
• Medical: Available on the first of the month following your first 30 days of service
• Other: Employer paid Life and Accidental Death insurance, short term disability, long term disability, critical illness, and more

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Coach, mentor, and lead a group of highly skilled
• Work collaboratively with business leadership to understand and define their success metrics then build appropriate KPI dashboards
• Be responsible and accountable for business intelligence throughout the organization
• Lead plan, design, development, and deployment of analytical environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE DATA ENGINEERING MANAGER

• 6 to 7 years of experience working in a cloud platform, Microsoft Azure preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Experience leading small, highly-technical teams preferred, but not required
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
• Previous experience working with business intelligence tools
