Job Title: Data Quality Manager - Pre Litigation

Job Summary: The Data Quality Manager - Pre Litigation is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of pre-litigation processes. This includes managing file placements, lawsuit production, exception handling, offshore vendor coordination, and process server vendor management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while addressing exceptions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• File Management:
  • Oversee the placement and loading of files into the system.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of file-related activities.
• Lawsuit Production:
  • Manage the creation and redaction of exhibits for lawsuits.
  • Ensure all lawsuit documents are prepared and reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
• Exception Handling:
  • Identify and manage exceptions within the lawsuit process.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address process anomalies effectively.
• Offshore Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate with the firm's offshore vendor for processes related to lawsuit production.
  • Ensure seamless communication and adherence to production goals.
• Process Server Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with process server vendors.
  • Ensure lawsuits are dispatched to the firm's process servers promptly and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure process servers meet SLAs.
  • Address and resolve exceptions with the firm's process servers.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pre-litigation activities, vendor performance, and SLA adherence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data quality management, pre-litigation processes, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with legal documentation and processes.
• Familiarity with offshore vendor and process server management.

Knowledge of SLA monitoring and reporting
