We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our office, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dental experience required

• Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently

• Must have dental knowledge to answer patient questions and communicate clearly

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Verify insurance and maintain patient records

• Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, insurance, and scheduling

• Provide support to the dental team as needed
