Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our office, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental experience required
Must be bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently
Must have dental knowledge to answer patient questions and communicate clearly
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and maintain patient records
Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, insurance, and scheduling
Provide support to the dental team as needed
