TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing, Advertising & CRM

LOCATION: Auburn, ME (hybrid in office and remote)

SALARY: $70,000 to $95,000commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunity

GENERAL SUMMARY

VIP Tires & Service has an exciting opportunity for someone who is engaged, experienced and who lives and breathes digital marketing and reputation management! The Digital Marketing Manager will be a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for a wide range of SEO/Digital Programmatic, Social Media, Website, Reputation Management, and Video initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Advertising and CRM, the DMM will be heavily involved in all strategic aspects of the role, as well as firsthand development and execution of programs and campaigns across the digital spectrum. They must also be extremely familiar with brand management and general marketing best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic, tactical, and analytical insight on online marketing initiatives to support brand building, customer engagement, and lead generation
• Conduct research on keywords, search engine algorithms, and website analytics
• Define and execute integrated multi-channel digital marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic goals to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Manage external agencies related to VIP website, SEO/SEM, PPC, reputation management, and digital business platforms
• Provide input on digital marketing budgets and manage and monitor them ongoingly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience with marketing, digital strategy, social media, paid search, and SEO/SEM, with intimate experience and understanding of business applications and social media platforms
• Experience in writing for the web, blogs, and social media
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service online
• Ability to generate specific KPIs and report to them
• Experience managing other marketing team members
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required
• A collaborator with the confidence to work independently

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL

• A bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
• 4 to 5 years experience in the Digital Marketing Field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
