The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DocuSign's capabilities and be able to effectively configure the platform to automate and streamline our document management tasks. Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements.
• Configuration: Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction.
• Integration: Integrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience.
• Training: Provide training and support to our team on DocuSign usage and best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• DocuSign Expertise: Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• daptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies.

• Certifications: DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer).
