Salary: $18 - $20 / per hour Days Flexible shift Direct Support Professional Full Time or Part Time Maxim Healthcare – Asheville, NC To work one on one with an individual with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assists in the implementation of written goals from the treatment plan
• Instructs and reinforces target goal outcomes according to consumer
• Accurately document consumer responses and results to staff
• Maintains appropriate professional conduct
• Assists in the development of consumer treatment plan and goals
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Active driver’s license in the event transportation is taking place (as applicable)
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Habilitation Technician is responsible for providing one-on-one services to consumers and assisting in the implementation of consumer goals as outlined within the client’s support plan.
