As a DSP Float, you'll have the unique opportunity to support individuals with varying needs across multiple locations. This flexible, full-time role is perfect for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and ready to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Drive individuals to medical appointments and community outings. Support individuals based on their specific care plans—reading, understanding, and following each plan accurately. Work a variety of shifts, including: Sleep and awake overnights Emergency or short-notice schedule changes Collaborate with Supervisors to ensure consistency and quality of care across all locations. What We’re Looking For: Flexibility and a willingness to adjust to short-notice schedule/location changes. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required). A compassionate attitude and commitment to person-centered care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work all assigned shifts, including overnights and weekends.
