Office Location: Jersey City, NJ or Dallas, TX About the Role: We seek an experienced professional to design and execute email marketing campaigns for financial services, including onboarding and retention strategies. Responsibilities include creating targeted email strategies, managing market updates, and developing educational content. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, marketing experience in financial services, and knowledge of retail investing products and regulations. This position requires in-office presence at the specified locations; remote work is not available. Responsibilities: Design and execute email campaigns for onboarding, investment products, trading platforms, and services. Implement automated email journeys for client onboarding, account activation, and trading activity nurturing. Develop campaigns to increase assets under management and trading activity. Create segmented email strategies for different investor profiles and financial products. Manage market updates and trading opportunities. Coordinate with compliance to meet regulatory requirements. Work with designers to ensure attractive, brand-aligned content. Track and report on key metrics like account openings, click-through rates, and trading volume. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Journalism, or related field. Over 3 years of marketing communication experience, preferably in financial services. Strong knowledge of retail investing products and services. Proven success in customer acquisition and EDM strategies. Understanding of FINRA and SEC regulations is a plus. Familiarity with brokerage account types and trading concepts. Data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with compliance requirements and investor segmentation.
