As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our communication team to ensure the efficient flow of information both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Draft and edit internal and external communication materials including emails, newsletters, and reports.
Respond to inquiries from team members and clients in a timely and courteous manner.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for communication projects.
Maintain and update communication databases and social media platforms.
Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute new ideas for communication initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
