LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a phenomenal firm seeking candidates to work as an immigration paralegal. Full training is provided. This is a W2 contracted position that could go permanent. This role is entry level, full time hours and candidates must be comfortable going downtown 5 days a week in Pittsburgh. A paralegal certificate is not required, however this is an excellent opportunity for someone who just completed a paralegal program.

Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration documents

· Research on visa application procedures and requirements

· Prepare and file petitions as well as RFE (Request For Evidence) responses

· Draft/organize H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, I-140 and others

· Assist with naturalizations, employment and family based green card applications

· Oversee and mange caseload and client correspondence

· Assist with case filing

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

· Strong Attention To Detail

· Strong Writing Abilities

· Organized Individual

· Strong Communication Skills
