Job Overview The Entry Level Technician performs a variety of pharmacy related tasks including but not limited to: Responsibilities and Duties Treating patients with the highest professional and ethical standards Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations Ability to move within the pharmacy in data entry, production, and laboratory. Other Duties As Assigned. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Certified Pharmacy Technician a plus Experience: No experience required, we will train you Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Attention to Detail is a must. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift 40 lbs Standards for quality, cleanliness and safety must be consistently met. Must be collaborative and able to perform as part of a team Knowledge of and follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to take direction from the Pharmacist. Must have a deep understanding of applicable regulations and adhere to them at all times. Knowledge of applicable pharmacy software a plus(s). Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
