What You’ll Learn and Contribute To: Over the course of your first 3–8 months, you will gain practical experience in: Client acquisition and revenue generation strategies Leading and mentoring team members to achieve project goals Recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Budgeting, tracking key performance indicators, and managing project logistics Strategic expansion into new markets and operational planning Each day begins with a team meeting focused on training and planning, followed by field implementation and concluding with daily evaluations to assess performance and support your professional growth.
