We are looking for a dynamic, and creative professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone passionate about event planning, photography, and execution. You will play a key role in organizing and managing global sales and HR events that engage, inspire, and deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute global sales and HR events from concept to completion.
  • Capture high-quality photos and event moments for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, travel, accommodations, and vendor management.
  • Support in developing event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to align events with business objectives.
  • Manage event registrations, invitations, and attendee engagement.
  • Provide post-event reporting, feedback collection, and photo documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior event management or coordination experience (internships or 1–2 years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in photography and basic editing tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
