Position: Event Staff Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Description We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. As an essential part of the event team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that our clients' expectations are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. In this dynamic role, you will be involved in various aspects of event execution, from setup and logistics to guest services and tear down. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces including chairs, tables, and decorations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests by answering questions and ensuring their needs are met during events.
• Work closely with event coordinators to follow plans and schedules effectively, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
• Manage crowd control and ensure guest safety by following established protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with registration and check-in processes for attendees as needed.
• Support catering staff by serving food and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the venue.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Prior experience in event staffing, customer service, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during busy events.
