Position: Executive Chef
Location: Southern New Hampshire Area
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
We are seeking an Executive Chef for a country club in the s outhern New Hampshire area. The right candidate will bring hands-on leadership, creativity, and experience managing weddings, banquets, and à la carte dining simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
Lead all culinary operations including weddings, business events, and daily dining
Maintain a fresh, seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients
Control food and labor costs without compromising quality
Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
Ensure consistent execution across events and dining outlets
Meet all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
What You Bring
Proven experience as Executive Chef in a country club or upscale events venue
Expertise in large-scale functions and simultaneous service operations
Track record of food cost management and vendor coordination
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in seasonal menu planning
Culinary degree preferred but not required
