Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care . Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office as part of your weekly schedule. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans. Maintain accurate, compliant medical records using EMR systems . Serve as a trusted healthcare advocate within the community. Qualifications: MD or DO , Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine . Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting). Fluency in Mandarin is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care . Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome . Work Schedule: Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month. Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary: $260,560 - $312,707 (based on experience and qualifications). Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays. Full medical malpractice insurance coverage.
