What You'll Do:
As an installer, you'll use your expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, ensuring they can age safely and comfortably in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing home modification equipment, including:
  • Ramps
  • Stairlifts
  • Vertical Platform Lifts
  • Ceiling Track Lifts
  • Residential Elevators
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving service-related issues in collaboration with manufacturers and fellow technicians.
• Ordering parts as necessary for equipment servicing.
• Responding to scheduled service calls and installations within designated timeframes.
• Managing team communications, including emails and updates.
• Attending department and company meetings as requested.
• Completing annual training requirements.
• Handling miscellaneous duties around the office as needed.
• Learning and taking on additional tasks or job duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who possess:

• NYS Elevator Installer License (preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Drivers License
