Job Description:

The Financial Assistant supports the finance and accounting teams by handling financial reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate documentation of financial data and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. It serves as a bridge between accounting operations and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by collecting and organizing financial data.
• Process and monitor invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders.
• Help prepare financial summaries for management meetings.
• Maintain records for audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a financial support role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Technical Requirements:

• Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs.
• RAM: 16 GB minimum.
• Internet: Stable connection of 25-50 Mbps minimum.

Current starting salary: $1,125 USD/month

Salaries will be updated in January to the 2026 Salary Structure:

• 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months: You'll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month

Annual Adjustments: You'll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.
