FinTech & CRM Operations Associate (Hybrid - Charleston, SC)

💰 Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

📍 Location: Charleston, SC (Hybrid)

About Us

At C2P, we’re a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that provides cutting-edge financial solutions for advisors. We recently implemented Salesforce and are rapidly expanding our tech stack, which includes Orion Advisor, Redtail CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, and more. We’re looking for a FinTech & CRM Operations Associate to help us optimize our technology, assist advisors and staff, and support ongoing enhancements.

What You’ll Do

This role is 70% troubleshooting, 30% training, and you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech-related within our firm. You’ll work alongside the Director of Investment Operations, helping to streamline our technology solutions and support our advisors.

Technology & CRM Support

  • Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce, Orion Advisor, Redtail CRM, and other financial platforms.
  • Assist with workflow automation (Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards).
  • Provide support for DocuSign, AdvicePay, QuikForms, Zocks, and more.
  • Research and test new technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with SSO (Single Sign-On) setups and integrations.

Advisor & Staff Training

  • Train advisors and internal staff on best practices for Salesforce, Orion, and other tools.
  • Help optimize custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Assist with onboarding new advisors into our tech ecosystem.

Process Improvement & Tech Expansion

  • Collaborate on projects to improve data management and technology workflows.
  • Help identify and evaluate new technology solutions that enhance advisor efficiency.
  • Assist in standardizing processes for managing multiple databases across advisory firms.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in at least one major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a must)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting financial technology and database issues.
  • Ability to train and assist advisors and staff in using tech tools.
  • Prior experience in financial services or FinTech is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Orion Advisor, Redtail CRM, or Salesforce is a huge plus
