Position: RCA Specialist/Fraud Specialist

Pay rate: $24/hr. to 26.43/hr. on W2

Training length: approximately 2 ½ weeks to 3 weeks.

Training shift schedule (shift schedule: 1st): It will be 8 AM to 5:00 PM Central with the 30-minute unpaid break; there can be zero absences during the training period. (Free parking available)

Location: Brookfield, WI 53005

Duration: Till Sep 8, 2025, with possible extension.

Job Details:

• 3-5 hard skill sets: Attention to detail is key to being successful in this position; being proficient in Excel; being a quick learner; being able to learn from their mistakes to prevent making them over and over.
• Assists in the implementation of an effective risk management framework.
• Monitors systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures. Identifies and escalates matters requiring attention to the appropriate area.
• Performs work on projects and initiatives and assists in the assessment and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinates the collection and/or compilation of data and compiles and provides reports. May assist in report development and analyzing data.
• Provides guidance, support, and recommendations to lines of business and assists in the implementation of risk/audit/compliance initiatives.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area
• Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
• Well-developed analytical skills: ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
