Compensation: $55,000 – $100,000+ (Base + Commission, depending on experience)
Requirements
✔ 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience (direct hire preferred)
✔ Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach
✔ Strong at building relationships and developing new client accounts
✔ Resourceful, self-motivated, and driven to hit goals
✔ Tech-savvy with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.
