Work Environment: Cold, refrigerated warehouse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our warehouse team. This role requires working in a cold environment and assisting in various tasks, including boxing, labeling, pulling products, and supporting operations as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be flexible in handling different responsibilities throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in boxing, labeling, and packaging meat and other products.
• Pull and stage orders accurately for distribution.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Ensure workstations are clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in a cold environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to help in various roles as needed.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
