THE JOB:

As a Gourmet Food Runner at MICHAEL MINA, you will play a vital role in our fine dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of service. Working closely with the culinary team and management, your attention to detail and proactive attitude will create unforgettable moments for our guests.


THE STARTING RATE: $14.1037 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Deliver guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets outlet standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized station, including polishing plates and utensils, and handling opening and closing side-work duties.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and anticipate needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and allergy protocols, and communicate effectively with the team.

  • Support team efforts by assisting with tasks such as bread and napkin folding, and other station maintenance responsibilities.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 18 years of age or older.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, chefs, and management.

  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards and a keen eye for detail in presentation.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
