### **Gutter Installation Technician** ## **Four Seasons Gutter Systems (FSGS)** Mesa County / Western Colorado Four Seasons Gutter Systems is a long-established, locally owned company serving Mesa County since 1989. We are growing and looking to add a **dependable, hard-working Installation Technician** to our team. This is **physical, outdoor construction work**---but it's also **rewarding, skilled work** that protects homes from water damage and lasts for decades. ### **What We're Looking For** - Construction background required (gutter experience **not** required---we train) - Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded - Good work ethic and willingness to learn - Comfortable working on ladders and at heights - Able to work outdoors in all seasons - Able to think ahead, follow instructions, and work as part of a team - Valid, clean **Colorado Driver's License** required This job involves **significant ladder work and physical labor**. If you don't like heights or working outside, this will not be a good fit. ### **Pay & Benefits** - **Starting pay: $19.00 -- $22.00/hour**, depending on experience - **Production-based pay** --- strong performers earn **more** - Opportunity for wage increases as skills and efficiency improve - Consistent work with a respected local company - On-the-job training provided The better you work, the more you make.
