Job Description:
The Head Football Coach is responsible for the overall management of the Football program. This position is responsible for all aspects of practice and competition preparation, recruitment of student athletes, and the comprehensive operation of the program with student athlete welfare as a guiding principle. Management of the program must adhere to all budgetary guidelines, as well as NCAA, Mid American Conference (MAC) and University of Toledo policies. This position is expected to manage a team that is highly academically competitive within the MAC as well as experiencing competitive success both Regionally and Nationally.
The Head Football Coach is responsible for adhering to compliance, policies and procedures of the Athletic Department, University of Toledo, NCAA and MAC.
