Driver Helper – Waste Management (Staffing Network)
Location: Dunmore, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 AM – Finish (hours may vary daily)

Job Overview:
Staffing Network is currently hiring dependable and motivated Driver Helpers to assist Waste Management drivers with waste collection services in the Dunmore, PA area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a reliable team.
Responsibilities:
Ride with drivers to assist on assigned collection routes
Load and unload waste containers safely and efficiently
Communicate with drivers and site teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow all company and safety procedures at all times
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable with physical outdoor labor
Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or waste management is helpful (not required)
Must be available Monday through Thursday starting at 4:00 AM until route completion
