Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams within a growing home services organization. This role is responsible for overall business unit success — ensuring strong financial results, exceptional customer experience, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance
• Develop and execute strategies that promote growth and operational excellence
• Manage P&L, budgets, and key performance metrics
• Lead and mentor department heads and staff to build a strong, accountable culture
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction and represent the brand professionally
• Communicate effectively with employees and senior leadership

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience (home services, utilities, or construction preferred)
• Proven success managing P&L and driving business performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
