We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of PER DIEM/ AFTER HOURS RN/LVN.

Hospice RN/LVN provides nursing care to terminally ill hospice patients as needed. As an RN/ LVN, you will evaluate the patients overall health. Your goal will be to improve the quality of life for your patients. All nursing will be done in accordance with each patients individual plan of care.
