The Position : We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager for our hotel. The pay range we’re offering is competitive and commensurate with experience. The Perks: In return for your hard work we offer a competitive benefits package which can be tailored to your needs.

The Responsibilities: As the top spot to the property leadership team, the General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property. They will report directly to a Director of Operations and be responsible to achieve the budgeted goals of the property but do so with the highest amount of integrity and sound leadership. The Location: Our hotel is located in beautiful Chincoteague Island. .. Job Requirements

The Requirements: Minimum of two years experience as a hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager with the strong ability to:

  • Communicate effectively in all situations.
  • Develop and monitor all revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor costs and adjust according to market conditions.
  • Manage, train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, high-energy and demanding work environment.
  • Flexible in work hours/days.
