Position: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage HR operations across two plant locations and the corporate office, supporting up to 125 employees across all sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring compliance, managing HR processes, supporting employees and leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities while maintaining strong organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the solo HR contact for two plants and the corporate office.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and office roles.
• Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, coaching, and HR compliance (FMLA, EEO, OSHA, etc.).
• Administer payroll and benefits using Paylocity.
• Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook.
• Track HR metrics including turnover, attendance, and training hours.
• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
• Coordinate with external HR and legal vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
