People Ready Skilled Trades is hiring a HVAC Tig Welder for shop work in Norfolk. _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Fabricating and welding: Responsible for fabricating and welding HVAC piping systems, ensuring proper installation and alignment of components. + Welding operations: Performing TIG welding operations to join metals, alloys, or other materials used in HVAC systems. + Equipment operation: Operating TIG welding machines and other equipment to execute precise and high-quality welds. + Quality control: Maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring all welds meet the required specifications. + Documentation: Keeping records of welding tasks and ensuring all work is documented for future reference and quality assurance. + These responsibilities highlight the importance of a skilled HVAC TIG welder in ensuring the durability and efficiency of HVAC systems in various commercial and industrial settings. **Qualifications:** + Candidates must be able to pass a skills test + Drug screen and have Marine Osha. + Project with start ASAP and last 3-4 Months PeopleReady Skilled Trades is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
