Trow & Rahal is seeking experienced business immigration paralegals!
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1 – 3 years of experience in business immigration cases, including H-1B and PERM cases, as well as other NIV and IV cases.
Duties include managing a case load, preparing and filing petitions with the USCIS and other government agencies, tracking client expiration dates, monitoring status of cases, and working to keep cases moving forward.
Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated, problem-solver and have a keen eye for detail. Must also have excellent research, analytical, writing and communication skills, and strong organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
