• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial electrical experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the electrical team
• Prioritize, coordinate, and layout work for daily tasks
• Inventory, schedule, and order materials and supplies
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical components
• Operate with various voltages and systems, including 4-20 mA, 4160, and 480v
• Read and follow electrical prints
• Provide assistance to the electrical team both underground and on the surface
• Develop knowledge of hoisting/crushing operations and troubleshoot accordingly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial electrical experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Effective communication skills
• Strong time management capabilities
• Experience with PLC systems
• Knowledge of DC/AC/Drive systems
• Ability to comprehend instructions for safe work practices

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Technical certifications in electrical or industrial fields are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial electrical environment
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a high-stakes environment
