Role: The Industrial Planning Analyst is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of Card Kingdom business through meticulous analysis and forecasting. This role will delve into data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals. Responsibilities: Managing the execution of the Document Management System for Standard Operating Procedures Process auditing Time & motion studies Labor standard development Labor model planning Volume-based capacity planning for card operations Headcount and shift planning Warehouse Layout Recommendations for Process Flow Ad hoc business analysis Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role Experience with SQL (DDL) Proficiency in Excel Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint Familiar with utilizing WMS Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis SOP documentation and process auditing Operational awareness Ad Hoc data and business analysis Cross-functional coordination Location / Work Schedule Monroe (minimum of three days a week in office) Job Type / Salary Full Time Non-exempt: $75,300 - $85,500 per year depending on qualifications and experience Benefits: Paid Time Off: 6 weeks accrued per year, 8 Company Holidays Health Benefits: Zero cost premium options for Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Retirement: 401(k) with 4% Safe Harbor match, no vesting period Paid Parental Leave Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Confinement Plans Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Equal Opportunity Employment: We are committed to cultivating a workplace in which diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected.
