Salary is negotiable and based on confirmed and verified experience — up to and including the ability to solve real-world technical issues during the interview process.

We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Dallas, and we’re hiring a detail-obsessed IT Helpdesk Technician. If you thrive on solving real-world IT issues and believe that precision, accuracy, and thorough documentation are non-negotiable , we want to hear from you.

This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, troubleshoot confidently, and handle every task with complete accuracy — because attention to detail is mandatory in everything you do .

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting clients remotely and on-site across M365, Windows, and networking environments

  • Troubleshooting firewalls (SonicWall/WatchGuard), Hyper-V VMs, and shared drives

  • Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and policies

  • Handling server tasks: GPO, AD user/group management, RDP setup

  • Working with ConnectWise Manage and Asio

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with flawless documentation and follow-through

Every ticket, every configuration, every response must be precise, verified, and properly documented. Attention to detail isn’t optional — it’s the core of the job.

Must-Have Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Admin experience (Exchange, licensing, etc.)

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Azure administration experience

  • Windows Server (2016–2022), Hyper-V familiarity

  • SonicWall or WatchGuard basic configuration

  • Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, printing, and endpoint issues

  • Clear, professional communication — written and verbal

  • Meticulous documentation habits and process consistency
