Job Description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our entire plant, inside and outside. Your primary focus will be to ensure a clean and organized work environment, meeting established cleaning procedures and following all company safety rules. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. APPLY NOW!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building.
• Keep the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible.
• Empty waste receptacles and recycle plastic bags in soil sort.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Must meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
• Meet established cleaning procedures
• Must follow all company safety rules
• Must be able to follow directions given by their team leader and supervisor
• Must be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise
• Must be able to cross train in other positions per production needs 
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 12 hours a day
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
