A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Junior Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 23 years of experience to support its healthcare regulatory practice. This position focuses on advising clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors on federal and state compliance matters, including fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, licensing, and reimbursement. The role also includes regulatory diligence in private equity and M&A transactions and provides exposure to telehealth and digital health clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to complex regulatory and transactional matters.
