We are in search of a KYC Compliance Analyst to join our team operating in the financial service industry. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers an exciting opportunity for those with a background in compliance and anti-money laundering. The successful candidate will be working remotely, handling KYC requests, managing compliance audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle all KYC requests from third parties, meeting all time-sensitive demands.

• Keep the UBO registers updated and accurate.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance KYC systems and processes.

• Promote the company’s Compliance Program by acting as a liaison with other company departments.

• Assist in the management of the compliance testing calendar and annual compliance review processes.

• Conduct regular reviews of KYC records for completeness, ensuring due diligence has been performed, and files are current.

• Perform additional compliance assignments as needed, upholding the highest ethical standards.

• Monitor control effectiveness and compliance framework updates.

• Support customer and compliance certification audits.

• Manage evidence and assist with tool administration.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a KYC Compliance Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of banking compliance is required.
• Proven ability in managing compliance risk.
• Demonstrated experience with AML - Anti Money Laundering.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using compliance software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
