In this dynamic role, you will oversee the production of high-quality large format prints, ensuring excellence in every project while working with a small, but passionate team in the heart of Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate large format print production processes from start to finish. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure optimal performance of printing machinery. Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet client specifications and deadlines. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in print output. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for production continuity. Analyze production workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in large format print production or related field. Strong knowledge of printing technologies and materials. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a production team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. High school diploma required; degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
