Position: Lead SDET / QA - Salesforce Platform
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor a team of QA/SDET engineers in delivering high-quality software across Salesforce platforms.
Define & drive the creation of Test Strategy, Test Plans, and execution processes aligned with business goals.
Ensure all internal testing-domain-level, integration, and full E2E/system testing-is well-documented, executed, and signed off.
Maintain and track test artifacts and results within qTest.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts & DevOps to ensure alignment and readiness of test activities.
Guide the team in developing and maintaining automated test suites, while also overseeing manual testing efforts where necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of QA/SDET experience with strong hands-on testing expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing cloud).
Proven leadership experience managing QA and/or SDET teams.
Experience in both manual and automation testing across UI, API, and system layers.
Strong understanding of test lifecycle management tools like qTest.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and test automation around integrations.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
