YOU WILL:

• Provide clerical support and do legal research
• Prepare and review agreements.
• Assist in maintaining IP dockets.

Qualifications/ Internship Requirements:

• Must be at least 18+ years of age
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any accredited institution
• Pursuing a Juris Doctor degree as a 1L
• All Interns must be able to commit to one of the two cohort tracks that span 12-weeks, at 40 hours per week

We will have two cohort tracks that you may choose from that span a 12-week period:

• COHO1 - May 20th , 2025 - August 8th, 2025
• COHO2 - June 17th, 2025 - September 5th, 2025

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
