The Veneziale Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. This experience starts with our Sales Agents who welcome our clients to the best coverage at the best price.

 

Requirements

Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License

Prior Sales Experience 

Excellent communication skills

Computer skills 

Fast typing skills are a plus! 

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Ability to close sales and meet sales goals / quotas

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Conduct needs-based customer insurance policy reviews
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

 

 

 

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health care options. Agents earn around $40-60,000 per year on average. Top performers can earn even more!
